John Eddy is an energetic coach and advisor who guides business leaders and executives through the transformation of their companies to rapid growth, external investment, or sale (exit). He has held key leadership positions at McAfee/Intel, IText Corporation, and IntelliSoft Group. Lucrumex is the second company he founded, the first being Purple Finch advisors.

For over 20 years, John served as an accomplished executive at both start-ups, and medium to large companies. He was recognized for his ability to deliver mission-critical results. He was also known as an innovative sales/marketing professional experienced in building high-velocity sales and business operations.

John uses a blend of creating strategies, alliances, practical know-how born of experience, and the management techniques needed to deliver a plan for success. He is very passionate about sharing his considerable experience with his clients and considers their successes his own.
Along the way, he became an expert in domestic and international markets and understands B2B and consumer customer behaviors. He has many insights on the best way to take services or products to a given market.

Finally, John loves leadership. John first learned the foundation of leadership serving as a commissioned officer in the US Army. He took those skills and developed sound leadership methodologies and principles in business. He enjoys sharing that journey with all its triumphs and mistakes.
